Your first working
Choose a small, precise target you can recognize and record. Name the dominant force: Red for initiation, White for reconciliation, Black for ending. Keep the desire, boundary and field in view.

Prepare
Write the target and review date. Choose a symbol that carries its felt meaning. Check timing and establish a focused working space.

Enter
Inhabit one sensory moment of the completed state through your own eyes. Bring attention and feeling to the chosen symbol.

Impress
Speak the declaration, perform the symbolic act or sustain the scene with its meaning felt as accomplished.

Hold and release
Sustain the impression until its charge feels complete. End the session and let go of anxious maintenance.

Record and review
Record the actual session. At your review date, compare what happened with the original target and inspect the method.
